We are looking for Sales Accountant to work with us in Jeddah kindly see the below all the details according to the position:

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate and send out invoices.
• Follow up on, collect and allocate receipts.
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments.
• Analyze and solve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date billing system.
• Generate ageing reports and analysis on weekly basis and whenever requested.
• Process credit payments and maintain accounts.
• Maintain customers’ files and records.
• Opening Letters of Credit for customers.
• Obtaining the required guarantees from customers, such as promissory notes and cheques.
• Obtaining confirmations of balances from the customers at the end of the fiscal year and whenever requested by the administration of finance department.
• follow the company’s procedures for processing.
• Receive/ collect data and prepare the required monthly reports.
• Participate effectively month-end closing.

Education
Bachelor degree / higher education qualification in Accounting, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Knowledge of accounting duties.

Experience & Skills
• 1- 3 Years of Experience in AR/AP domain.
• General accounting principals
• Proficient in relevant computer soft wares, SAP experience will be an added value
• 1-3 years of accounts receivable
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and shareholders
• Good communication skills to interact with customer, team members and senior level.
• Team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently on the assigned portfolios.
• Knowledge of MS Office including excel and power point.
