Main Responsibilites:
1. To meet sales target set for selling on installments
2. Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by managing leads, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients
3. Meet and communicate with applicants to explain the benefits, as well as supproting the applicants to applay thorught the finincial sloutions platforms
4. Having the knowledge and knowhow of all applicable lending regulations, the economy, market rates, vendors, and competitors
5. Consistently deliver first-class customer service

Knowledge and Experience:
1. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
2. 1+ years of experience in the mortgage lending, banking, or real estate industry
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to use relevant industry-specific computer programs, as well as calculators
4. Strong interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education and Certifications:
1. Bachelor Degree / Equivalent
