QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Graduate of Polytechnic/University or other recognized academy in Civil Engineering.
• At least more than 05 years’ experience on Civil Design works especially for infrastructures project.
• Will be prefer Arabic candidate, must have excellent knowledge of the English language both written and oral.
• Recognize and understanding of Infrastructure, Electrical, mechanical, architectural, and structural, drawings and detail shop drawings.
• Identify requirements in information due to gaps in documents, details, drawings. Identify requirements in information due to differences between specifications, drawings, and detail drawings.
• Must have knowledge for the AUTOCAD, PRIMAVERA, REVIT Infrastructure, DESIGN & PREPARE SHOP DRAWINGS,.
• Instructions for execution accordingly to the schedule of works, the drawings, and specifications of the work.
• Cost Control of submissions and preparation for submission (variation orders) in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Measurement quantities of subcontractors’ payment certificates and approval for payment.
• Record of working hours, additional work, and the side diary (joint management).
• Follow the weekly schedule of works (that Project Manager make) and discussed with all the participants on the side.
• Monitoring of the needs of materials, subcontractors, public services through schedules.
