Job Title: Auditor

Job Purpose:

To ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports, verify compliance with internal policies and accounting standards, and identify any discrepancies or opportunities for operational and financial improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular and special audits according to the approved audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, SOX).
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Investigate financial irregularities and report on risks or fraudulent activities.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial and internal control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Support external audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, SOCPA, or CIA are preferred.
• Minimum of [5–10] years of experience in auditing .
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
