Looking for a Finance Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring alignment with both international standards and Saudi regulatory requirements, including ZATCA (Tax & Customs Authority) compliance and VAT regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to support business growth and operational excellence.





Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and Saudi regulations.

Manage the preparation and submission of VAT, Withholding Tax, and Zakat returns in compliance with ZATCA guidelines.

Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process to support strategic decision-making.

Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and provide insights to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Ensure effective cash flow and working capital management, including banking relationships and financing arrangements.

Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.

Liaise with external auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Support management in evaluating investments, business cases, and expansion projects in line with Saudi market dynamics.





Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree / MBA preferred).

Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.

7–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of Zakat, VAT, Withholding Tax, and Saudi corporate tax laws.

Proven experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Solid knowledge of IFRS and local Saudi accounting regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
