• Position: Technical Support Executive.
• Qualifications: Information Systems Bachelor Degree or relevant professional certificates.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years.
• Experience preferred fields: H.W., systems, networking, or ERP.
• Required personal skills:
o Tracing and troubleshooting.
o Manageability and reliability.
o Ability to provide technical support on phone to remote locations and on site users.
