1️⃣ Human Resources Specialist (HR Specialist)

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, GOV relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring).

Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and personnel records.

Support performance evaluation and employee development initiatives.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

Handle Govrment relations, grievances, and vaiolations.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
