PMO Manager (Project Management Office Manager)
Oceans Ltd is pleased to announce a job vacancy for the position of PMO Manager (Project Management Office Manager) to join our team at the Head Office in Jeddah.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Nationality: Open
Full proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written
Proven and strong experience in Project Management and PMO operations
Previous experience in the marine or maritime sector is a plus
Strong ability to develop PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
High communication skills with the ability to prepare periodic reports and KPIs
Proficiency in project management tools and systems
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, manage, and continuously improve the Project Management Office (PMO)
Define and implement project management standards, methodologies, and policies
Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and enhance project management maturity across the organization
Coordinate with internal departments and key stakeholders
Prepare and present performance and progress reports to senior management
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Jeddah – Head Office
Salary & Benefits:
