We’re Hiring: Inbound Supervisor – Bahra CFC

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inbound Supervisor to lead all receiving and putaway operations in a high-volume, automated distribution center. This role plays a key part in managing inbound inventory flow from suppliers into both automated and manual storage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily receiving operations across Ambient and Chilled/Frozen areas
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and manage inbound scheduling and appointments
• Oversee RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and supplier collections
• Manage putaway operations into AutoStore systems and pallet racking
• Ensure replenishment of pick locations from reserve storage areas
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, and Inventory teams
• Manage returns from stores/customers and assign correct material status
• Monitor KPIs, backlog, and operational reports using Excel and WMS
• Enforce SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with warehouse management team
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG within Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with WMS and inventory control systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
