Position: Structure Fabricator
Job Location: Jubail
English Language: Intermediate
• Understand simple instructions
• Read basic technical terms in drawings
• Communicate with supervisors and team members
Requirements and skills • Welding (MIG, TIG, ARC depending on job)
• Metal cutting and grinding
• Blueprint reading
• Measuring and layout skills
• Knowledge of materials (steel types, thickness, etc.)
Work Experience: Entry-level: 1–2 years
Skilled roles: 3–5+ years in fabrication or welding
Job Description:
• Reads and interprets engineering drawings and blueprints
• Cuts, shapes, and assembles metal (usually steel) using tools and machines
• Performs welding, bolting, and fitting of structural components
• Uses equipment like grinders, cutting torches, drills, and welding machines
• Measures and inspects materials to ensure accuracy and quality
• Repairs or modifies existing structures when needed
• Follows safety procedures strictly (very important in this role)
They often work in workshops, factories, or construction sites.
