Work Experience: Fresh Graduate
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse/storekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of inventory software is an advantage
Key Responsibilities: • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or products
• Store items properly and maintain organized stockrooms
• Issue materials or products as requested
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
• Maintain stock records manually or using inventory software
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in storage areas
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• Prepare reports on stock movement and inventory status
• Handle damaged or expired goods according to company policy
Job Description:
A Storekeeper maintains inventory records, receives and inspects deliveries, organizes stock, and ensures materials are available when needed. The role helps keep operations efficient and prevents shortages or losses.
