Sales & Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Riyadh
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Sales and Customer Service team and monitor daily performance
• Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic sales and customer service reports
• Develop and improve departmental processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Address customer complaints and operational challenges while ensuring timely resolution
• Support the achievement of sales targets and identify opportunities for business growth and customer retention
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements
Requirements:
• Saudi female nationals only
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems
• Previous experience in the transportation and logistics sector is preferred
