: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical) , 3 - 6 Years as an Electrical Engineer

المهام الوظيفية :
• Prepare daily reports for production and faults status root cause analysis, incident investigations, and troubleshooting on process control issues related to electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Perform breakdown maintenance of different equipment.
• Supervise operation and trouble shootings of major power distribution & motor control centers.
• Distribute different jobs to technicians and operators as per Maintenance Job Orders.
• Plan, direct, and record periodic electrical testing, and initiate modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
• Keep a check on the motor re-windings and safety standards throughout the factory.
• Maintain Machine logbooks, history cards, and Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of machines.
• Issue the job orders of different sections to technicians for execution & keep a record.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency support to the production department and reduce downtimes as much as possible with other team members.
• Monitor the electrical and control components in the spare parts store.
• Provide automation and classic control services: PLC, HMI, Servo motors, servo drive, VFDs, and soft starters and programming/troubleshooting: (Sematic S7. Winch. TIA portal / GX Developer)
• Handle system monitoring instruments and graph recorders.
• Conduct On Job Training / GEP training for subordinates.
