Location: Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.
They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares Brand Positioning Report on a yearly basis.
• Oversees yearly Branding Plan and develops Branding Budget.
• Development of quarterly Brand Audit Report for each SBU.
• Provide industry analysis, consumer analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor design, packaging, visuals, catalogue etc. are in compliance.
• Review social media posts, and all brand activities are in compliance.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Specialist.
• Conducts training programs regularly, for EMPs in the Branding Unit.
• Oversees performance reviews and employee assessments.
• Ensures legal compliance with the e-Commerce Law within KSA.
• Assess/reviews Manpower Plan with Brand and Marketing Director.
