Position: Storekeeper
Job Location: Jubail
English Language: Intermediate level
Requirements and skills • Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.
• Verify quantities and items against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Properly store and organize materials in designated locations.
• Issue materials based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all stored items.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Prepare and maintain receiving, issuing, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse/storekeeping is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Physically able to handle and move materials when required.
Job Description:
Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials and products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper warehouse operations.
